JR brings a strong background in operations, organizational leadership, and strategic execution to his role as Director of Administration and Executive Affairs at Green Building Alliance (GBA). He provides key support to the President & CEO and oversees administrative processes, human resources, and operational systems to ensure GBA functions efficiently while advancing its mission of fostering sustainability, equity, and healthier communities through the built environment.

In his role, JR manages organizational priorities with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and impact. He leads initiatives ranging from streamlining internal operations and financial processes to supporting employee development and coordinating strategic priorities for the leadership team. JR’s thoughtful and strategic approach enables GBA’s team to thrive while pursuing its long-term vision of systemic change and community empowerment.

JR holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has been GPRO: O+M certified since December 2019.
